This is  a  good suggestion. But what should be the urgent move to solve issues are the , rewamping and establing of our Emergency medical care system. The modern Emergency Medicine emphasis scientific management of medical emergencies.  It prioritize the clinical decisions , ensure urgent stabilization , focus on life threats and incorporate appropriate destination care including safe referrals.  It also provides skills to clinicians on critical communications, dealing violent petients, abusive bystanders , varoius Emergency codes like Blue , red , white etc. System do quality and route cause analysis which ensure the safety of patient and clinicians . Unfortunately our medical curriculum is not emphasis such training . My experience showed that we could reduce 70 to 80 percent of  problems in our Emergency room when we introduced modern em practice
